CM RISE SCHOOLS
CM Rise Schools is an initiative by the Government of Madhya Pradesh aimed at transforming the state’s educational landscape. These schools focus on providing quality education through well-trained teachers, modern infrastructure, and innovative teaching methods. The program emphasizes holistic development, ensuring students receive a well rounded education that prepares them for future challenges. Below are the costing of each project

ISBT INDORE
Indore’s ISBT at MR-10 Square is a major transport hub designed to handle 1,400 buses and 80,000 passengers
daily. Launched by the Indore Development Authority, the ₹100+ crore project faced delays but is nearing
completion. Initially, 200 buses will operate, easing city congestion. Integrated with the Indore Metro, ISBT will
enhance connectivity and urban transit.
VISHRAMBAGH SWIMMING POOL
The site, popularly known as Vishram Bagh, situated on Ranjit Hanuman Road. Also, the site has an old Baori, a well and prominent old trees. A swimming pool conforming to Olympics standards is a part of the park.
ICCC INDORE
Indore’s Integrated Command and Control Center (ICCC) serves as the city’s central hub for monitoring and managing various municipal services, including traffic, waste management, and water supply. Located at Nehru Park Campus on Park Road, the ICCC integrates realtime data from multiple sources, enhancing operational efficiency and decision-making. This facility exemplifies Indore’s commitment to leveraging technology for improved urban governance and citizen services.
ICAI UJJAIN
The ICAI Institutional Building in Ujjain, located near Tara Mandal, aims to enhance CA education and professional activities. Launched in November 2024 by ICAI President CA Ranjeet K. Agarwal, the project is progressing steadily and will serve as a key center for chartered accountants in the region.
SARWATE BUS STAND
The Sarwate Bus Stand in Indore was redeveloped in 2022 at a cost of ₹14.80 crores. It now features air-conditioned waiting areas, a food court, clean drinking water, high-speed Wi-Fi, CCTV surveillance, and a sewage treatment plant for sustainable water use. The revamped terminal enhances passenger comfort and improves connectivity to Indore Railway Station and Siyaganj.

Mohammed Bin Rashid Al Maktoum
Mohammed Bin Rashid Al Maktoum City – District One UAE is a prestigious residential development in Dubai, launched in January 2014 with an estimated cost of AED 35 billion (approximately $9.5 billion). The project offers luxury villas, mansions, and apartments, complemented by the world’s largest man-made Crystal Lagoon and expansive green spaces. Recent developments include the initiation of Phase Two of District One West, with a construction contract valued at over AED 1 billion ($272.26 million), awarded to Ginco General Contracting. This phase will feature four-, five-, and six-bedroom luxury villas, further enhancing the community’s upscale offerings.
Hard Rock Guitar Building-Florida
The Hard Rock Guitar Hotel in Hollywood, Florida, is a 450-foot, 36- story structure shaped like a guitar, opened in October 2019. Part of a $1.5 billion expansion of the Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino, it features 638 luxury rooms, a Hard Rock Live theater, and new dining and retail spaces. The project also includes a 10-acre lagoonstyle pool and enhanced entertainment facilities. Designed to
resemble back-to-back guitars, it boasts high-tech lighting and a unique architectural design. This iconic hotel redefines luxury hospitality with its blend of music, entertainment, and modern amenities.
Ritz Carlton Residencies-Florida
The Ritz-Carlton Residences, Palm Beach Gardens, is an upscale condominium project in Palm Beach Gardens, Florida. The development comprises three seven-story buildings housing 106 condos, with three to five-bedroom units priced between $4 million and over $8 million. In May 2023, Catalfumo Companies secured a $340 million construction loan for the project. Construction is ahead of schedule, with completion anticipated in early 2026.
